New Roof!

Over this past weekend, our apartment building was getting a new roof put on. Thank goodness because this past winter we started hearing rain dripping into the attic/crawl space. Of course the work days had to fall on the only two days Sean needed to sleep for his night shift, but luckily they were done by Sunday. The roof looks great and now I'm excited for the new paint, patios and caulking to happen in the next few weeks. Owen was really excited about the roof workers outside, they brought all their trucks and were making a lot of noise, two of his favorite things.

Owen was glued to the window all morning! It was so cute. Micki, our cat, on the other hand, was not so excited about the noise. She found a safe place to hide all weekend (squashed behind Owen's stuffed animal shelf)! Hahaha!
